Crystal contacted me after I posted an "Alchemy Request" for the bridesmaid's hairpins. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the hairpins. She kept contact through the entire process and updated me every step along the way. She sent photo's for approval before sending the finished products and even sent two pairs of cute little handmade earrings as a special thank you for being a customer. Highly, highly recommend her for any of your hairpiece, pin, or jewelry needs!

Jeremy is definitely a dedicated professional at what he does. We went to our cake tasting at his home and he was very welcoming and receptive to our wants. He helped us choose a cake that would fit our budget and style. All of the flavors we tried were delicious, we had a really hard time deciding on just three!

I have stayed with the Altamonte Springs location after a, we'll say, less than pleasurable encounter with the Millenia Mall location. One of my soon-to-be aunt's was in town and wanted to do a little wedding shopping with me, so we went to the Millenia location. The lady at the reception desk was really rude and short with us and after getting my information pulled up in their system, she told us to look around and she "would see if there was anyone who could help us". We walked around for about 25 minutes and were never approached by anyone who worked there to see how we were doing. I ended up going to find someone and trying on three dresses. The consultant would push herself into the dressing room with me asking if I needed help, then when I came out, she would barely make eye-contact and just ask "Do you want to buy this one?" (This was before I found my dress with my Maid of Honor.) We ended up leaving after I tried on the second dress and I haven't been back.
On the other hand, the ladies at the Altamonte Springs location have always been incredible. Karen was my consultant, but she was promoted (Yay!) and I now have Brooke. They are both awesome and always very, very helpful and honest.
